(4) The presentation of software services in our online shop does not constitute a legally binding contract offer on our part, but is merely an invitation to the consumer to order software services. By ordering the desired software, the consumer makes a binding offer to conclude a usage contract.
(1) The consumer makes a binding contract offer by successfully completing the ordering process in our online shop. The order is placed in the following steps:
(1) The stated prices include statutory value-added tax and other price components. No physical shipping costs are incurred as these are digital products.
(2) Available payment methods are displayed in the checkout by our partner Stripe, depending on user information such as country of origin.
(1) Unless we have clearly stated otherwise in the product description, the software is accessible immediately after payment is received.
(2) Access to the software is provided through the creation of a customer account where the software can be used online.
(3) The use of the software is limited to the period specified at the time of order. After this period expires, access automatically terminates. Extension is only possible through a new purchase.
(1) The software is provided to the user for non-exclusive, non-transferable use for the period specified at the time of order.
(2) The user is obligated to use the software only for exam preparation and not to share it with third parties.
(3) Reproduction, distribution, or public access to the software or its contents is not permitted.
(1) The collection and processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
(2) We store user test results and learning progress to optimize the software and learning success.
(3) Data will not be passed on to third parties unless required by law or expressly consented to by the user.
(1) In case of violations of these Terms and Conditions, particularly in the case of sharing access data or unauthorized distribution of content, we reserve the right to block the user account without notice.
(2) After blocking the account due to rule violations, there is no claim for refund of the purchase price.
(1) The user is responsible for providing the necessary technical equipment (hardware, software, internet connection).
(2) We recommend using current versions of common web browsers. Optimal use of the software is only guaranteed with sufficient internet connection.
(3) A stable internet connection with at least 1 Mbit/s is recommended for using the software.
(1) We offer support via email. Support hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (CET).
(2) Communication is primarily via email. The user is obligated to provide a valid email address and keep it current.
(1) German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
(2) If individual provisions of these Terms and Conditions are invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
(3) The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from this contract is Berlin, provided the user is a merchant.
